Orange Juice is very good source of Vitamin C, high n potassium fat, very high in fiber and no cholesterol. Orange juice is known to b obliging in reduction in the risk of cancer. Orange fruit is grown-up during the winter season. But now popular brands choice Tropicana or Minute Maid have completed Orange Juice part of our daily life, whether it is winter or summer.

One can make Fruit salad, Juice and also Jams from Oranges. From Orange Zest (Orange skin), one can make Chutney. One can use Orange Zest as an expression pack. Thirsty the Orange Skin, powder the same and mixture with water and apply to the face. It gives light and softness to the skin.

Here I have made Orange Juice after by take away the pulp from the orange parts. One can also squeeze out the orange juice after cutting the Orange in to two parts—this system helps if the Oranges are too small. If the Oranges are fairly sweet, then it is a good idea to avoid Sugar Powder.  Here goes my simple version of making Orange Juice.    

Orange Juice Ingredients
  • Orange – 4-5
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Powdered Sugar – 2 Table spoon (optional)
  • Ice Cubes – 3-4 (optional)

How to make Orange Juice

Follow these simple steps to prepare fresh orange juice in your food processor. Be sure to totally peel the orange to avoid any resentment in your finished product.

Now, there are two methods you can do this. The first method is to do it via manual press and then, what you do is slice your oranges and excerpt the juice, leaving all the fiber overdue. The second method is to use a complete orange, which you can just peel.

Perceptibly, you don't want the mine or the peel or anything choice that because it would prepare your orange juice too vicious. Then, you can blend it and that, using the complete fruit so you'll become the added plus of the fiber as well. So, for this example, we're going to use the blender to prepare the orange juice.

Okay, so, what I have here are two oranges, which have been skinned and cut up. Prepare sure you impression as much of the skin and white pit because that can leave quite a vicious taste. You just improve those to the blender.

I've became ¼ cup of water here, just plain, filtered water and about three quarters of a cup of ice, then a table spoon of agave juice. Now, you can either use agave juice or you can use dates, depends on your favorite, or you can use honey. Of course, you're getting the entire golly from the orange.

Mixture that for about 30 seconds to a minute. As you can see, it's a very different color to what you'd generally expect. Pour that out.
