Infect, I completed complan yesterday and full it in the Popsicle cups and gave my girls as complan Popsicle which they really enjoyed. They will not drink everything except milk.

Ingredients

·         Watermelon - 1 cup chopped roughly and chilled
·         Sugar / Honey - 1 tea spoon
·         Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
·         Salt - a pinch

How to make Watermelon Juice

1. Slice the watermelon, dressed it. Take out the red pulpy layer and chop it roughly into parts. Abandon the outer white layer.

2. In a mixer add sugar and lemon juice and combination it along with watermelon. Store at a low temperature for a while and serve cool. Do not add water as watermelon itself has water content in it.

Best when served cool. Enjoy the easy yummy summer drink..
