I’ve been to fairly a little fish fries and I must say I’ve never been to one with best service, people, and food. Not to reference the better quiet puppies I have ever had. I have half an attention just to go back to request for the recipe.

Fish fry is a really decent fish place, by my values. My family used to ear at this place once a week. I think it was every Friday that was selected for Fish Fry. Their fish is better, their hush puppies are good, and their fries are good. You even get great portion for your money.

I don’t know about you, but when things change to cold they are bad, but this fish is not bad after it gets cold. You can even popular it in the microwave and it’s still good!

Ingredients:

• 750 grams white-fleshed fish
• 1/2 tea spoon ground turmeric
• 1/2 tea spoon salt
• 2/3 mustard oil
• 1 table spoon grounded coriander seeds
• 1 tea spoon grounded cumin seeds
• 1 1/2 tea spoon ginger
• 1/2 tea spoon red pepper powder 
• 1/4 tea spoon kalonji
• 4 dried whole red peppers
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 large onion (peeled and chopped)
• 3 whole green peppers


How to make Fish fry:

Slice the fillets in about 4cm size.
Rub the fish with turmeric and salt and set apart for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium fire.
Set in the fish slice and brown lightly on all sides.
Lightly lift the fish out of the oil and set it on a plate. Turn off the heat.
Syndicate the ground coriander seeds, the cumin, ginger, 1 tea spoon turmeric, pepper powder (cayenne pepper) and 1/2 tea spoon of salt in a little bowl.
Add 3 table spoons of water and mixture.
Left only 5/6 table spoon of oil in the frying pan and heat it over a medium fire.
Now add kalonji and after a few seconds later, set in the red peppers.
As soon as they darken a bit, place in the bay leaves.
When the bay leaves start to darken, set in the onion, mixing and fry the onion at low heat.
Add the spice paste. Mixing and fry it for about 1 minute.
Now place in the fish in a single layer in a pan with 1 cup of water.
Lay the green peppers over the fish.
Slide boil over a medium heat for 2 minutes.
Spoon the sauce over the fish slices, cover it and cook the fish for 12-15 minutes.
Now this recipe is ready and distribute.
