The recipe of the day is Potato fry. This is a very interesting recipe. It is too tasty to eat. Potato is available throughout the yea and we commonly stock enough potatoes at home. Potato fry can be easily prepared at short notice.

Potato fry is my choosing dish. It’s very simple and easy to prepare. If you love potato you will definitely choose the potato fry. It’s best with steaming rice and rasam or any vegetable dish. Potatoes are good sources of carbohydrate and vitamin. It is said to be good for high blood pressure and for hyper acidity patient.

I use potato for making a decent face mask ( 1 tablespoon of grated potato and 1 table spoon of curd mixture well and apply it to the face and leave it to dry and wash it) . Its ideal to make your skin looks bright and actual cool.

Potato fry is a favorite food of human being. It is useful with rice, bread, parota etc. The equipment of potato is very necessary for our health. Potato has carbohydrate, minerals salt, food fiber, vegetable protein, and vitamins etc. So, I choose potato fry so much. I hope you will like this recipe. Let’s go to make this fry potato.

Ingredients  
3 pieces potato (medium)
2 pieces pepper
1 teaspoon ginger slice
1 /2 tablespoon garlic slice
1 table spoon onion slice
1 /2 teaspoon cumin seed
1 /2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper  powder
2 slice red pepper,Slide turmeric powder
1 /2 teaspoon oil
1 table spoon coriander leaf
Salt to taste
Water of amount.

How to make fry potato

Cut the potato- long 1 inch and width 1/4 inch. Slide boil with salt to hot water. The ingredients before separate fry in hot oil to pan then cumin seed, onion slice, red pepper, ginger, garlic. Now give boiled cut potatoes with turmeric, pepper and coriander leaf. Simmer 7-8 minutes of cooking with the lid. Mixed well with potatoes, sprinkle a little water, so the potato slices are a little wet. When cooked coriander leaf, further 5-6 minutes cooking, add salt and braised. Potato was already cooked, so little time to cook, (that can not be broken potatoes, or the potatoes do not keep lists of pan).

It goes down to the hot potato fry to serve with bread.
